Am I crazy? Don’t think the thought didn’t cross my mind. When suddenly at 35,000 feet above the Atlantic Ocean, I had this uncontrollable urge to get a piece of paper and a pen, and begin to write. It was like when you are eating chocolate chip cookies and you just have to have a glass of milk with them.
